2026 Volkswagen Taos

This vehicle is offered for sale on an as-is basis. It has not passed an Ontario Highway Traffic Act (HTA) safety standards inspection and may not be driven on a public road until a valid safety certificate has been obtained. The purchaser accepts the vehicle in its present condition. 417 Automotive Imports Inc., registered with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC), makes no warranty of fitness, merchantability, or road-worthiness in respect of the as-is purchase price.

All mandatory disclosures required under Ontario's Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002 (MVDA) and Ontario Regulation 333/08 will be provided in writing on the bill of sale prior to the completion of any transaction. An as-is designation does not affect the registrant's disclosure obligations or the consumer's rights under the MVDA and the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (CPA).

Safety certification and full reconditioning are available on this vehicle for an additional charge. Please ask your Automotive Specialist for pricing and details. There is no obligation to purchase any additional services — the as-is price reflects the vehicle in its current condition. There is no cooling-off period for motor vehicle purchase agreements in Ontario. Please review all terms carefully before signing.

NOTICE: This vehicle was previously registered or operated as a daily rental vehicle (rented or leased to successive members of the public on a short-term basis). This disclosure is made pursuant to the mandatory disclosure requirements of Ontario's Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 333/08. Prior daily rental use is a material fact that must be disclosed and recorded on the bill of sale.

Daily rental vehicles are typically subject to higher-frequency use by multiple drivers and may have been serviced and maintained to a fleet standard. A full vehicle history is available on request. Prior daily rental status does not affect the vehicle's offered price, available options, or applicable warranties.
